1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the website auriqora.com (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by Auriqora S.A.S. (CUIT: 30-71892456-3), with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARS, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the Platform.

Auriqora is a digital real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between individual investors and financing opportunities for real estate projects in Argentina. The Platform operates as a technology intermediary, providing information about available projects, analysis tools, and a digital environment for the management of participatory investments in the real estate sector.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform's services, you must: be at least 18 years old under Argentine law, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, and reside in a territory where the use of real estate crowdlending services is not prohibited or restricted by local regulations.
4. Informational nature
The content published on the Platform is exclusively informational and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of each user. Auriqora does not issue investment recommendations nor guarantee specific results. We recommend consulting an independent financial advisor before making investment decisions.
5. Investment risks
Investing in real estate crowdlending carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in estimated project timelines, variations in projected returns, risks associated with the Argentine real estate market and macroeconomic conditions, and illiquidity of the investment during the project term. Past returns do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept that any investment made through the Platform is carried out at your own risk.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, designs, logos, graphics, images, software, source code, and databases, is the property of Auriqora S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Argentina (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of Auriqora S.A.S. is prohibited.
7. User conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to: not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, not attempt to access restricted systems or data, not transmit malicious, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights, provide truthful information in all your interactions with the Platform, and respect the intellectual property rights of Auriqora and third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Auriqora S.A.S. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses arising from investment decisions, service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure, and errors or omissions in published information.
9. Personal data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this Platform, and is carried out in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and its complementary regulations.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
11. Modifications
Auriqora S.A.S. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
